The founder

From groundhand to owner, one seat at a time.

Jeremy Patton started at sixteen as a construction groundhand on an aerial crew and spent the next twenty years earning his way up: running crews and machines, building and splicing fiber, then moving through permitting, fielding, and OSP engineering until the only seat left was owner. Nothing on that list was given to him, and nothing got skipped.

Ask him about the funny part. In his construction years, the plans came from engineers who never set foot in the field. His crews fixed those plans themselves, job after job. Then he became an engineer, and he built J2 around one promise: no crew will ever have to fix ours.

Keeps every project on schedule, every crew moving, and every deliverable up to J2's standard before it leaves the shop. There are marathon runners with fewer career miles than his walkouts.

BAU Engineering Manager

Runs J2's day-to-day OSP engineering and fielding across our BAU markets. The day-to-day never slows down. It's never managed to outrun him either.
